DESCRIPTION:Praised for passionate performances and “an unparalleled level of refined musicianship and stage presence\,” Aleksey is winner of the 2012 Young Concert Artists International Auditions. He has appeared as soloist with orchestras\, including the Kiev National Orchestra among others. Born in Odessa\, Ukraine\, he began his violin studies at the age of six. He currently studies with Zakhar Bron at the Hochschule fur Musik in Cologne.

DESCRIPTION:Join us for a lunch featuring guest speaker Noa Gefen. \nAs the Executive Vice-Chairman of the Society for Preservation of Israel Heritage Sites (SPIHS)\, an esteemed Jewish National Fund partner\, Noa Gefen is instrumental in restoring\, preserving\, and maintaining vital historical and heritage sites throughout Israel. \nShe is the daughter of the late Yehuda Dekel\, z”l\, a founder of SPIHS and an esteemed leader of the State of Israel who devoted his life to the development of the Negev. Gefen has followed in her father’s footsteps and has helped raise public awareness and the necessary funds for the preservation of Israel’s many heritage sites. \nUnder her stewardship\, SPIHS undertakes new restoration and preservation projects every year.
