DESCRIPTION:REGISTRATION REQUIRED – https://bit.ly/3YH45OE?r=qr \nSeptember 18\, 2024 \n1:30-5:00PM \nJoin us for an opportunity to Catch Your Breath\, and leave with tools to help cope with stress\, find joy in the journey\, and create meaningful moments with your loved ones.  The Memory Disorder Clinic at Mayo Clinic Jacksonville is hosting a Caregiver Wellness Program designed for those who are caring for someone with dementia. Facilitators from Harmony Mind Body Spirit Wellness will also lead exercises. \nThis program will take place at River Garden Hebrew Home on Wednesday\, September 18\, from 1:30 pm – 5:00 pm.
