Helping Hands and Warm Hearts

Since its inception in 1922, the River Garden Auxiliary, then known as the Ladies Hebrew Sheltering Aid Society, has provided support to River Garden and its residents through financial support and hundreds of volunteer hours.  Fundraising activities include Tombola, the River Garden Gift Shop, the Donor Luncheon and other special events. 

All proceeds are used to directly benefit the Home. The Auxiliary sponsors the residents’ holiday parties and also funds enhancements and improvements that help continue the River Garden excellence.
