A 180-bed, non-sectarian skilled nursing facility providing:

Inpatient and outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy with individualized treatment plans and measurable outcomes. - Adult Day Care
Open weekdays 7:30AM–5:00PM, this program offers safety, social engagement and nutrition support for older adults—plus peace of mind for caregivers. - Home and Community-based Services
Licensed by the State of Florida, our Home Health Agency offers fee-based in-home services for residents of The Coves, supporting aging in place with dignity and care. - Outpatient Rehab
Flexible therapy services tailored to support recovery and independence for seniors living at home or in the community. - The Coves at River Garden
